EMB Ltd is a joint venture formed by the three Chambers of Commerce that previously provided Business Link services across the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire areas.
Set up specifically to deliver part of the business support strategy of the region through its Information, Diagnostic and Brokerage (IDB) service, EMB Ltd offers a strong, clear vision for the future of the Business Link service, backed up by detailed regional and local knowledge and an experienced private sector-led team.
Employing over 220 people, EMB delivers a range of Information, Diagnostic and Brokerage (IDB) services for a number of public sector organisations, including UK Trade & Investment and the Learning & Skills Council’s Train to Gain programme.
The regional Business Link service has an increased number of access points across the region, building on the five previous Business Link / Chamber offices and using partner premises to expand the reach to market and provide more appropriate accommodation for advisers in hard to reach locations.
