Vision: EMB aspires to be the partner of choice for our customers, delivering beyond their expectations for the creation of a thriving economy.

Mission: We are a business that turns public sector policy into the most effective practical solutions that motivate and enable individuals, companies and organisations to maximise their growth potential through our market knowledge, experience and expertise.

We talk a lot about our 'provider plus' attitude which is our shorthand for saying that the organisations we supply become far more than contracts on a list to us. By contracting with EMB you can rest assured that all our people, from the Executive Management Team down, will seek to build productive, value added relationships with you and the service end users. We will do this with a 'can do' attitude that delivers real outcomes and outputs. This attitude is driven by our values:
