through a structured induction process. You will meet your
colleagues and learn about our systems and processes to ensure you
feel at home as quickly as possible.
All staff receive regular performance discussions and
encouragement to ensure they achieve their potential. Our
performance management process - Silverstone - involves a review on
a twice yearly basis, supported by regular 1-2-1s. This process
enables us to work with individuals to develop their performance,
learning and development plans.
Development opportunities
Our Learning and Development Strategy is supported by internal
and external facilitators and ensures our people are equipped with
the latest knowledge and thinking. We focus on capacity building
